By entering into any contract or agreement with Xologo for products and/or services to be provided by Xologo, including without limitation ordering any products or services through the Xologo (hereinafter referred to as your “Contract” with Xologo), you hereby agree to abide by, comply with and be legally bound by the policies, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth (these “Terms and Conditions”).
Xologo may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting without any notice. You should visit this web page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you. In these Terms and Conditions, all services provided by and related to Xologo and all text, images, photographs, user interface, "look" and "feel", data and other content included at xologo.com from time to time (including, without limitation, the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content) are sometimes referred to as the "Web Site" and/or "Service."
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you should not order any products or services from Logo Design Guru or enter into your Contract with Xologo.

Ownership; Rights to Use:
Upon your submission of Client Information to the Service, you grant Xologo a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable , exclusive, worldwide right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate in other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, such Client Information, for the full term of any intellectual property rights that may exist in such Client Information to the extent necessary to provide you with the Service and Responses.

Rights of Clients:
All rights of use, reproduce are delivered to you at the time of final delivery of logo and source files, we do have a right to showcase the logo in our portfolio for public display.

White-label:
If you don not wish us to show your logo in our portfolio you can get this facility by giving an additional charges to Xologo, only then you can show our designed logos as designed by you or your company.

Termination:
Xologo  reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily, your order for any product or service offered by Xologo, your Contract and/or your access to the Xologo web site, at any time and without prior notice. You agree that Xologo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any rejection, cancellation or termination of your order, your Contract or your access to the Xologo site. In the event that Xologo rejects, cancels or terminates your Contract or your order for a reason other than your breach or non-performance under your Contract, Xologo will return any amounts prepaid by you relating to the rejected, canceled or terminated Contract or order.

If you are not satisfied with the initial Responses provided by Xologo, there is no refund if your project moves to round two of logo alterations. You may request a refund by contecting to our Support Department. Xologo shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withhold any products or services it is otherwise obligated to deliver or provide under your Contract until such time as payment in full has been received therefore. Xologo will notify you of any additional charges under your Contract prior to commencing performance of its obligations there under.
In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery of the first set of logos. Unless Xologo cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance, Xologo shall not refund any portion of your purchase price. If for any reason a refund is granted the $10 Service Charges deposit will be kept by Xologo, for the services that have been rendered.
Additional design costs to be charged with refund request:

$30 for each Concept (draft).
$15 for each Revision (draft).
Request refund after first concepts: Full amount less $10 handling and processing fee.
Xologo will only refund your money if our management team has deemed that Logo Design Guru has not delivered services in an efficient and effective manner as promised.
Refunds are made within 10 to 15 Days once Refund request is processed by Xologo.

Project Duration:
Once you order, the first set of cocept drafts will be presented to you within 72Hr’s, If you respond in a timely manner your logo will be delivered in 5Days. You will have 10days to respond after every concept or revision, if you do not do so then we will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. At such time, Xologo will have no further obligation to you, and you will pay Xologo pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xologo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Xologo will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to any refund.
